1. 所有的ASSOCIATE考试，都会先收到CMMI研究院的考试邀请邮件，然后，上面的点击链接进入。
2. 把自己的账号信息补充完整。

注：TITLE这里填职务（英文）：比如：架构师(Architect)、产品经理(Product Manager)、项目经理(Project Manager)、测试工程师(Tester)等（一般来说，管理层的人不会当ATM，所以不会有部门经理、技术总监、总经理）
3. 进入考试界面，会看到有两个选项，第一个是考试说明，第二个是进入考试。
注：考试说明，讲的是考试时间是3小时，60道题，80%答对就算及格。开考就不能停，考不过就补考，补考费250美元。
4. 考试的题目类型
a. 单选题（占考试题目的大部分），比如：
What Practice Area is about providing organizational process assets that projects may tailor as necessary to perform the work?
Process Management (PCM)
Implementation Infrastructure (II)
Process Asset Development (PAD)
Decision Analysis and Resolution (DAR)
b. 多选题（10%左右），比如：
[Select all that apply] Which of the following organizations would benefit by conducting an Evaluation appraisal over a Benchmark appraisal?
An organization just beginning its process improvement efforts that has committed a limited budget and resources to improvement efforts.
An organization with a requirement to demonstrate a specified level of maturity to bid on a contract.
An organization that wants to find out how well its processes meet the intent of CMMI model practice.
An organization that has gone through a previous Benchmark appraisal and needs to renew its rating as part of a contractual obligation.
c. 对错题（也属于选择题的一种，可选答案只有2个）
To successfully adopt the CMMI, the Implementation Infrastructure (II) Practice Area requires that an organization must have a process for each Capability Area.

1. CMMI ASSOCIATE考试，是开卷的，时间3小时，60题，答对80%及格，就是3分钟1题。
2. 大部分题目在模型中都能直接找到答案，少部分需要深入思考和理解，比如对错题和多选题。
3. 这样考试的目的，明显是为了让学员掌握模型（开卷，足够时间，比起考英语试的1.5小时100道题来说，算是时间非常充分了），所以大家可认真阅读模型准备好后，再开考。
